Partendo dall’esperienza di Venezia, in particolare del Modulo sperimentale elettromeccanico, costruito per proteggere la città e la laguna dal fenomeno dell’acqua alta, un gruppo di esperti parlerà degli effetti del cambiamento climatico e dell’innalzamento delle acque su alcune città, degli scenari futuri e delle soluzioni possibili, passando per l’esperienza del Vietnam.
